In all seriousness, Arnold is and always will be the king action movie star. He's like the Babe Ruth or Jordan...there won't be a next so we can debate who is second.
This is tough. Jean Claude Van Damme in Blood Sport was pretty awesome. Arnold in everything hes ever done (except The Governator) was great. But I think as the only(?) Philly rep on this board I've got to say Sly. This guy carried an entire movie about arm wrestling.
Mike, I used to think Blood Sport was awesome when I was a kid, but it came on TV last weekend and let me tell you that it is absolutely terrible and does not stand the test of time at all.
This is tough,. but I think I may have to go with Arnold (Terminator 1 & 2, Predator, Commando, Conan the Barbarian, Total Recall, The Running Man, the list goes on ...)

Oh man, I used to love Mel Gibson in those Lethal Weapon movies.
Whatever happened to that guy? Haven't heard from him in awhile. I hope it's because he's off filming some awesome movie.

OMG. I forgot about Over the Top. That movie was stellar. Unless I'm like Tim and thought it was amazing but really it wasn't.
And I am going to amend my answer to be Hit Girl and Jason Bourne.
