I hate it. and you have to be careful because some store bought chocolate chip cookies have coconut in them, and it is subtle but it ruins the whole cookie experience.
After reading K8's reply I realized that when I was a kid I didn't like it. I remember getting an Almond Joy during trick-or-treating and being totally bummed. Then I moved to Hawaii and all bets were off. I'd give someone a hug for an almond joy this morning.
Yes I do. It's funny that you bring this up though...I was watching Zombieland last night and there is a bit part about the Hostess coconut snowball snacks. Woody Harrelson's character doesn't like them.
now I want to blow the diet and have a pineapple pizza with a pina colada, followed by some coconut M&Ms. I think I can still get them in GA; if anyone needs some, let me know and I will send a batch that way :-)

when i was younger i didn't. then i discovered it about 5 years and cried with joy. it's DElightful. especially coconut milk in thai dishes.

coconut water is awesome. my friend made this amazing smoothie with it, it was a great hangover cure.

I don't like big chunks of coconut, such as in Almond Joy. But, I do enjoy the flavor, such as in a coconut curry dish or a pina colada. mmmm.
