both. for a marathon junkfood session, you need a proper balance of both, starting with salty, then to like some kind of fruity sweet like a sorbet or jelly beans, and then finishing with a chocolaty or caramel-y sweet. i am a connoisseur of unhealthy eating.

i like mostly sweet but the salty/sweet combo is amazing, try mini pretzels with m+m's... soo tasty!
