Neither actually. I can't get up earlier than 7 (and 7 is a stretch) and I don't like staying up much past 12. Somehow this makes me feel bland.
Pre-25 yr old: early bird / Post-25 yr old: night owel...we will see what happens in my 30's!
Early bird. I rarely sleep past 8:00a and I get tired at 9:30p.
night owl, but in a lame way. I don't go out, i just watch bad tv for no reason.

Night owl. If I didn't have to get up at 8 for work, I'd probably always sleep till 9 or 10 on weekdays. That doesn't mean I party every night; it just means I like to sleep.
I am usually up late, but usually can't sleep past 9 am regardless.
