I really want a milkshake right now. I tend to go for either Heath bar or Butterfinger or Oreo. But if I'm back home, there is nothing better than a mocha chip frappe from the Backroom. Why oh why did all of my family leave NH..?
PJ's coffee (woman-owned coffee shop in New Orleans). I can't for the life of me remember the name of the shake but it had like 7 scoops of premium vanilla ice cream, some milk, some ESPRESSO and some ESPRESSO BEANS. and I think chocolate too.
It was this awesome creamy delicious shake with crunches of ground espresso beans. Yum. Also fulfilled caloric needs for approx. a week.

Steak 'n Shake cookies and cream, but I only get one when amy and I takeb a trip to the middle
