Z packs and kombucha are my tools in the fight against the flu.
It's so good, you don't even know. A good way to get try it is to get the brand sold at Whole Foods, which is mixed with fruit juices. Now I just order the real stuff from a farm in PA.
I love love love kombucha! But, this one time... I had one before speed work... and I totally barfed while doing sprints around a park where there was a childrens soccer game. That was un-awesome.
Also, sometimes it makes me feel a little buzzed for some reason... so I like to drink it at work. Hmmmm. I think I might walk over to Whole Foods today and get one. :)

yuck. but we eat all kinds of crazy stuff that hardly counts as food, so maybe i shouldn't be so judge-y.
I think I've had that before and I can never finish it...and this is coming from someone who likes the taste of red bull and theraflu.
l will stick with my mint tea, thank you very much. this kombucha looks like saturday night rhino bar throw-up residue.

it's fermented so there are some traces of alcohol in it. that makes it even more awesome.
Beenu, I need to find the mother bacteria or whatever it's called. Buying it off criagslist creeps me out.
