I sleep soundly most nights if that is what you're asking. But, I am a snorer, so you may not think that.

HOW IS TODAY'S Q OF THE DAY NOT ABOUT MARCH MADNESS?????

Sorry, initial judgmental reaction.

I am a horrible sleeper. I am easily startled awake, yet fall asleep easily. It's like I'm in Fight Club, not knowing where I've been. Either that or I have Narcolepsy.

no, no i'm not. i am a nightly subscriber to ambien, and even with that, i still don't sleep. i have never been a good sleeper, i know every insomnia trick out there, though none of them work very well for me.

I usually am a pretty solid sleeper, though I wake up when my roommate leaves in the morning (our alarm system beeps when the front door opens). It's easy for me to go back to sleep, though.

For some reason, I woke up 3 times during the night last night. I think my body is still screwed up from this daylight savings nonsense.

i used to be a good sleeper, but now i have a bad habit of dozing off in front of the tv most nights for like half an hour to an hour and then i can't sleep when i actually want to. the sleeplessness was so bad a couple weeks ago that a coworker had to wake me up in the middle of a meeting. so i guess i'm a good sleeper at work :).

I am the best sleeper. My friend Sean and I always thought we should teach a class on the subject.

I can sleep anywhere when I'm tired. The only problem is that if I'm tired, i will fall alseep wherever I am. Problematic at times.

Most importantly, I'm an expert napper.

I am not a good sleeper. I can't nap. I can't sleep in cars, trains or planes - which really sucked when I used to fly straight from Newark to Honolulu. 12 hours is a long time to try to sleep...

I'm a light sleeper, so I can't sleep in any moving vehicles (cars or planes), which sucks b/c I have to sit through the long boring rides. Even if I've had 2 hours sleep the night before, I just can't do it.

However, when I am sleeping and something wakes me up, I have no problem going back to sleep, so in that regard I'm a pretty good sleeper.

I'm a so-so sleeper. BUT more interestingly: I once traveled through Europe with a deaf girl and she could fall asleep anywhere. On crowded trains and buses, in restaurants if no one was talking directly to her, and once she feel asleep standing on the sidewalk waiting for me to figure out where we were on a map. It was really awe-inducing.

lately, no. i've been coughing all night.

usually, yes. although noises of any sort wake me up in the morning - alarms, loud trucks outside, people bouncing basketballs in the alley

i can't take naps either. they make me more sleepy.
