Is it okay to use an umbrella when its snowing?

absolutely. i do not have an umbrella today and now have limp hair (imagine that with this head of frizz) and mascara down my face.

I stand corrected. I just had a lunch meeting and arrived looking like a wet dog. Umbrellas are okay, especially when one has a lunch meeting.

if i have one handy, i am not above using one in the snow... i HATE when people use them on sunny days to ward off the sun.
