I think this is a 2-part question. To answer, it would depend on the montage being played. For example, if it was a running and tripping/falling on your ass montage, probably "Chariots of Fire". If it was a trampolining montage, I would choose the theme from "The Benny Hill Show". When it is someone losing their dignity, Beck's "Loser".
That's so easy, why of course I would listen to Roxette's Joyride. It is the natural choice. "I said hello you fool I love you..come and join the joyride"
I don't know why, but when I think of this question I can't get "It's Raining Men" out of my head. Also funny could be that song "Because I Got High" that was a hit on the NH airwaves one summer while I was in college.
