This happens to me at work regularly. I go for the left stall because I know that we rarely have someone in the building who needs it. In a non-work situation, I'd probably do the same thing and pee really fast, just in case.
middle. i don't use accessible stalls if there's another one open. also i don't use the accessible stall b/c that's where the cleaning lady makes all her personal calls. i don't wanna impose on her personal time.
As long as ironside hasn't zoomed in after me I like a nice spacious place to drop the kids off at the pool. Beenu, if the cleaning lady is in there taking a phone call can you still go? Especially for guys as stall=number two (unless you're a shy guy). I don't want to ruin her call with my flatulence. Leslie I think this is a whole new question/scenario.
Okay, anyone else notice that handicap toilets are always so high off the damn ground that you could practically swing your legs like a little kid on a metro seat? I'm not exactly short, but those effing things make it really hard to hover... so DEFINITELY middle stall.

definitely left. i hate sitting in stalls next to people. awks.
totally handicapable.... I prefer a roomier stall anyways
If no other handicap person is behind me, then yes, I also go left. otherwise, really awkward.
Depends on how badly I have to pee. If it's real bad, I'd probably jump in that middle stall.
i'm pretty sure i'd leave a buffer stall in the middle. but maybe i'd leave handicap open out of guilt? idk.
Whichever is cleaner. I don't need to get dysentary from a public bathroom.

Left.
Left, but it's called an "accessible stall." the word handicap shouldn't be used to describe people.

Find another bathroom.
