Oh no ... I totally bought N'Sync Christmas, it wasn't good but I still bought it! ha! POP TRENDS are AWESOME!! I think the reality pop band shows are a little much. And I'm not talking American Idol because I love AI and went to a taping of it! I'm talking P Diddy and making the band.
Line dancing pop music or songs that come with a dance: the electric slide, the train, the dip, the one where you keep crossing your arms and jump a quarter turn (I can't remember the name), the achy breaky heart. However, I admit I used to stand on chairs in high school and do "the train".
1) Swing music: Ok, swing music is kinda cool, but when everyone in college was swing-dancing to Brian Setzer and the Cherry Poppin' Daddies for those 3 months, it was just lame.
2) Mashups: This trend must have lasted all of two weeks, yet DC101 still has a full TWO HOURS on Saturday nights dedicated to it.
3) Rap Metal: Yes, I own a Limp Bizkit CD. No, I cannot stand to listen to Fred Durst try to rap anymore.
That song that comes out every year in May that you know will be played at every high school graduation party, usually with a really sappy slide show. Think "Photograph" by Nickelback or "Time of Your Life" by Green Day.

Pop music Christmas albums. Not like Andy Williams or Bing Crosby. I mean like Britney Spears or N*Sync.
Jet, and bands alike

Boy Bands... all of them. You are not a band unless you play an instrument...
