Another crappy event in an already crappy week. Sometimes I think the Yankees overpay for Sox just for the satisfaction of knowing it will upset Boston fans.
As a Yankee fan - I couldn't be more bullshit over this deal. Johnny Damon 2: CF Boogaloo (except with 3 more years and a no-trade clause.)
He was too pretty to be a long timer with the Sox. He gets super injured anyways, they can have him. Glad I didn't buy a Jacoby shirt!!
