If someone were truly going for hipster ironic, I would think the t-shirt of choice would be for 98 Degrees or O-Town.
I definitely think it's at the ironic stage. But, it depends on the the person's age, other attire and hairstyle. I feel like I'd have to check out the person's shoes and jeans to determine their true motives.
