Wait, was this a practical joke that went on too long or like a Single White Female-type situation? Because depending on the answer, this QOTD-er may need to get a restraining order. Either way, I'd keep an eye out for SWF behavior.

I'd email him/her about it, with human resources cc'ed.
Sooooo creepy. I would definitely just contact HR. I would also ask for my photo back. Awkward conversation alert......
