Not sure about longest inning count, but I did attend what was at the time the 2nd longest 9-inning game ever (1996). O's vs Mariners when Seattle had Griffey, A-Rod and Randy Johnson.
O's won 14-13 off a Grand slam w/2 outs and full count in the bottom of the 9th. There were 42 hits. I love my Nats, but I doubt I'll ever see the equal of that game in the regular season.

I think 17 was the longest I've seen....I've also saw a game several years ago where the O's lost 33-3 to the Rangers. That was sad.
