if I'm with my kids, I sometimes will put one or both and up as it comes around. unenthusiastically. sorry, Rob.
1,000 times no; it annoys me (esp. during crucial moments of a college football game and they are watching the wave rather than the game -- and those people who always jump up too soon are doubly annoying)
