Im a nay. My boyfriend, Mr. Absolutely, falls asleep with it on and i get to wake up, find the remote, pry it out of his lifeless hands and turn the TV off at 3am. And im a grump....

Bedrooms are for 2 main activities, and watching tv isn't one of them

unless you hate the boom boom in the zoom zoom, nay

Which one means "yes"? (sorry, bad Mel Brooks reference)

I'm a big no on that. It's nice once in a while when I'm on the road, but I always find that I end up staying up a whole lot later because, "Oh look! Another episode of Robot Chicken's on!"

Yay! How relaxing to wake up with your SO on a Sunday morning and have breakfast in bed while watching a TV show on how to landscape your backyard.

Nay. We have one but its broken. So we can rarely get the darn thing to turn on. And when we do, it likes to turn itself off. I think this means I won the tv or no tv debate. The tv is clearly on my side.

Nay. TV in general is a foul tempstress.

Only in hotels...otherwise, a nay.

It's nice in hotels, but I don't need one in my bedroom.

I'm a yay on having more than one tv. Ergo, given that my apartment has only two rooms, one of which is the bedroom, I am a yay to a tv in the bedroom.

im a total yay on this one.

particularly if you have roommates. you dont want to always have to be in a communal space to watch tv.

also, agree with andrew. sometimes you just just wanna lay in bed all morning and watch tv.

I can't believe so many people said no to this. What is this....1920? Are you all cuddled up around your radio listening to the news???

I'm for TVs in all rooms, including the bathroom, and outraged that someone would say different!
