This is eerie. I hadn't eaten oatmeal in probably 15 years before this morning, when I had a bowl of Kashi maple oatmeal. It was tasty, but underwhelming.
My favorite is probably apple and cinnamon though.
cate, you're crazy. i eat oatmeal for breakfast at least 4 times a week. i'm partial to trader joe's cranberry and blueberry flavors. they have real fruit unlike that shifty quaker.

i guess i might be partial to raisins & spice or raisin, date, & walnut now that i'm old and have the diabeetus.
Apples & Cinnamon! When I was a kid I used to like the creamy peach one. I find that gross now.

Plain. With dirt and twigs sprinkled on top.
Cate: Oatmeal is like grits. Bland and mushy. You need to punch it up. I prefer flavored Cream of Wheat over Oatmeal
Plain with brown sugar and milk.

Steel cut oats....the recipe from the Food Network with buttermilk and brown sugar is amazing...I don't like the texture of regular oatmeal :-)
