HVAC and indoor plumbing.I'm honestly surprised at the number of dishwasher comments. I've not had one most my life. I think only 8 combined actually.

indoor plumbing, some sort of heat/AC but doesn't need to be central, and an exterminator who keeps my worst nightmare out of my house.
I don't even know where to start. I can barely get by without servants, let alone amenities
all of them, except for a pool (not a water fan)i also don't have ac in my room (have in my house) so I'm guess I'm going without that
assuming i dont live in a third world country, and have plumbing, i would say: a/c, washer/dryer, and a cell phone.

Right now, I am in moving transition and have packed up ~75% of my stuff, and am without coffee maker. I do not suggest it. The real answer is washer/dryer.
