I've been really enjoying heirloom lettuce lately. I believe this is probably the yuppiest of all lettuces.
Oh my. John, I had no idea.I shamefully prefer iceberg lettuce to them all. (I feel like it's the least sophisticated of all the lettuces.) Though red lettuce is a close second.
I think I like arugula the best.... lovely in salads paired with a nice white wine.
So, would it be inappropriate for me to say wet lettuce is my favorite type of lettuce?Naturally, I prefer Romaine Lettuce. Of the Lettuce sisters, she has far more talent than her two-bit hack half-sister, Hedda Lettuce.
does spinach count?
The kind I can wear as a dress.

I like the Spring Mix lettuce that comes pre-mixed in a bag.
