Whiskey and Diet Coke.

In all seriousness, couple dashes of Tabasco, celery salt, black pepper, some good horseradish, and a touch of (here's the secret) pickle juice. Good for what ails ya.

Vodka, ice.

Hold everything else.

Tomato juice, lots of tobasco, worchestershire, lemon juice, lime juice, crushed celery seeds, salt and lots of pepper. Finished with celery stalk.

If in New Orleans, add touch of horseradish and finish with a boiled jumbo shrimp.

I wish I were in NOLA now!

i love the BM's @ Matchbox. My particular fave is the extra spicy one that they rim with Sriracha (rooster)sauce. YUM!

Fave garnish is a pickle and olives. Celery is a major no-no.

Oh I'm going to be good at this one. Kettle one, spicey, old bay, Louisiana hot sauce, lime juice, olives, celery, and blue cheese crumbles... Which you have to ask for, but they'll do it.

Dear lord, those are some elaborate cocktails. Just give me a Guinness.

I'll take all of the above, with no olives. I'm a particular fan of the Old Bay rim.

A bar in New Orleans serves 'em with pickled green beans. SO GOOD.

Can you get a pickled okra in one?

I'm intrigued by the pickle instead of celery substitution.

Had one in Chapel Hill that was garnished with an okra pod. Joint also served amazing hush puppies with cocktail sauce. Best. Breakfast. Ever.
