electronic because i only really track work stuff and they send us outlook things. i had a personal planner that was paper for a while, but i never remembered to write things in it and it was just another thing weighing down my purse, so i ditched it.
I don't keep one...I usually try to just remember stuff. Usually works, but when it fails, the 'Rita picks up my slack...she's supremely organized, and takes great pleasure in crossing things off her paper calendar. My Outlook is pretty good, but I never use it...i just look at the crap other people send me and respond.

I am more of a pencil and paper, and "mental" calendar type of person.

I keep an electronic one at work, but have a paper and pencil one at home for personal stuff.

At work I live by the Outlook and die by the Outlook.
