If there is one thing in your life you needed a 12-step program for, what would it be?

I think I need a 12 step program for free food at the office, especially baked goods (cupcakes, brownies, etc.)

maybe the shopping thing..i have been doing pretty well decreasing the number of purchases but now it's more that i spend the same on fewer things. also my baked lays addiction.

Watching too much TV. Working from home certainly doesn't help, but when you watch just about every show out there, it's time for an intervention.

I have hit bottom by watching finally caving and watching The Bachelor. I need help.
