Night: Nyquil gel caps
Day: Dayquil gel caps

I'm a simple kind of man.

Tylenol cold and sinus is lousy. Have officially moved to Dayquil and Nyquil. Panel tomorrow and am Gross with a capital G. I'm hoping that Dayquil will triumph. But I feel like everything pales in comparison to Advil Cold and Sinus.

P.S. If your head feels like it is going to explode and you temporarily lose your hearing when flying, does that mean you have a sinus infection? If you couldn't tell, Leslie = miz.

leslie, that's happened to me before. take a decongestant before you get on the plan and take another 30 mins before landing. otherwise you may rupture your ear canal (or you may have already). it's awful pain. it hurt like a mofo for weeks.

I have been on a steady diet of Sudafed Sinus + Allergy for the last 72 hours because it's too hot for Theraflu (which is the jam).

Advil C&S is the only thing that mildly works. As far as sinus infections go... the tell tale signs (the ones that mean you probably need antibiotics) are if you're spitting greenish snot (super gross) & your ears ache (super annoying). Happens to me every spring in DC so my doc has stopped asking me to come in & just calls in a Z-pack for me! Damn allergies.

At night, I use alka-seltzer cold plus. It tastes gross, but I usually feel somewhat better the next morning. During the day, I use sudafed.

I really prefer a z-pack, but my doctor thinks I'm hooked on it and is reluctant to prescribe it.

Only herbal remedies and acupuncture for me friends. Depends on the symptoms what I use...

NyQuil D - the kind you have to get behind the counter and show your id for....bc you can make meth out of it.
