In Living Color and The Simpsons. My mom didn't like me watching 90210 either, but she secretly loved the drama so we watched it together.

Not a show, but a movie. I wanted to see Dirty Dancing sooo badly, but I wasn't allowed. I finally watched it at a friend's house...she had older sisters. It was years before I understood any of the plot, I just liked the dancing.

MTV (when we got cable) and anything past 9/930. There was a point when I was limited to only 2 hrs per day too.

But my dad let me watch whatever. I watched Dirty Dancing at 5 and learned all the dances.

I wasn't allowed to watch Three's Company, Married with Children or Rags to Riches. I used to go over to Trisha's house in Bedford and we would watch those shows in her basement. I also played Nintendo at her house. We rocked the Power Pad!

My mom hated Roseanne and forbade the Simpsons, but we watched the Simpsons anyway. My dad completely destroyed her ban by laughing at Homer.

My parents never banned any shows for me as a kid. And we had cable since I was like 4, with HBO.

And look at me now. I'm such a delinquent

We weren't allowed to watch MTV or anything rated R. We had cable for a month and we got caught watching MTV and the next thing you knew the cable was pulled.
