i'm such a post-it whore. everytime i go to a library conference i come home with 30 new post it pads. i like the more obscure, ridiculous ones. for real work though, i like the tiny pale yellow ones
i love that this question is really making me think about my post-it usage. i think my favorite is the 4 x 4 squares with lines on them, multicolored, depending on the topic...

depends on the task I need the post-it for.
Currently, I am rocking the 2x2 neon squares, the 3x3 plan yellow squares and the big 4x6 yellow.

white square. not post it brand but the free one's i get from hospitals at work. the paper is thicker.
I like the post-it flags rather than the notes pads.
we have post-its with speedy on them but they don't stick very well. my favorites are 3x2 in standard yellow.
