I think I'd have to say Like A Virgin. I used to dress up like her and dance around the house. I think I just miss the 80's! Truthfully not a Madonna fan at all anymore.
Let me speak for the men and say "Erotica." When that came out in 1992 it was about as close to naked women as I could get.
