What is the worst hair cut/style you've ever had?

I can't decide between the bowl... well, no. It's the bowl cut.

Definitely the perm of 1992. Not pretty at all. That was pre-braces too.

I went to a nail technician/hair stylist in nh and showed her a picture of the meg ryan cut I wanted. Thanks for the mullet, lady. It was a great way to begin sophomore year...

When I was 10 or so, I really wanted the sweet bangs my sister had. They were big, tall, and curled away from her forehead and down to it. My hair was always too thick to stand up like that though I tried my damnedest.

that would have to be convertible hair.... really blond on one 1/2, dark on the other 1/2... but when you part down the middle.. it's neutral. soooo bad!!!!

In 3rd or 4th grade, I decided I wanted a flat top, and for some inexplicable reason, my mother obliged. Too bad I don't have the right type of hair for that at all.

um, i was about 14 and my older brother took me to my hair appt. we smoked before and my hairdress Randy (looked like Micheal Bolton) told me he wanted to give me layers and that I would look like Cindy Crawford. I thought that is great. I did not. i looked like a lion and wore my hair in a ponytail for a year.
a close runner up could have been the bowl cut when i was younger complete with shaved back of the head. I looked like a boy.

When I was in Australia I had a short(to the chin or longer) haircut and I needed it "trimmed" well when I got left my hair was about 2 inches long everywhere except on the sides of my head ... I had like two puppy dog ears or perma-pig tails. The haircut was like $60- $80 and I had to go to a new place the next day to pay for another one. I cried until the place gave me an appointment and then the new hairdresser made fun of my hair! I looked like a a fat boy with manboobs.

My hair cut from 1995 to 1998. In hind-sight, up and away is not a good look for me.

Curled rainbow bangs with a cowlick was my most fashionable in 4th grade.

Probably when leslie cut my bangs about half an inch from my scalp...thats a big sister for you.

Ashley's post above reminds me of the bang debacle of '04. Four haircuts in five days. Lesson #1 Not everyone can rock the Betty Paige look. Lesson #2 When your little sister tells you she can't cut your bangs, believe her.

When I purposely grew a rat-tail.

I really, really, REALLY loved Stacy Ferguson's hair from Kids, Incorporated (um, she's now known as simply "Fergie"), and I really wanted her luscious, long, curly, blonde hair. My mom convinced me that it was possible for me to look exactly like Stacy, so on a chilly winter morning, we permed my long, straight, brown hair in our upstairs bathroom. To my horror, I looked nothing like Stacy, and picture day was Monday. I love fourth grade!
