A kick to the balls. My favorite was the guy who ripped the loser's head off and their spine would come out with it. That makes Street Figher II look like Mike Tyson's Punchout.
I'd like to think mine would be completely badass, but it would probably just be something banal like beating the dude to death with a remote control or something.
My favorite finishers have always been Sub Zero's. The original "rip yer spine out" and the updated "freeze ya, rip off yer frozen head, and chuck it at yer frozen body, shattering both into a million pieces" are both classics.

My favorite finishing move was when Kung Lao used his blade-rimmed hat to slice this opponent in half...vertically.

I have never played Mortal Kombat, but I think a Hammer Dance would be appropriate.
