outside, no doubt.
Outside only! Even when its raining or 20 degrees.
Only when chased.
If outdoor temp > 60 fahrenheit, then outdoors.
DC is too hilly for me. Treadmill so I can stop and lie down on the ground if I need to.
the only time i run is when being chased and thats usually outside. no one has ever chased me on a tread mill.
Being back in the nasty winter weather I am anticipating many more treadmill days in my future... unfortunately.
