No, but I did rock a skater cut from 1991-1994. It was a variation of the bowl cut. And because of swimming so much, there were naturally golden highlights. I think it was the best my hair ever looked.
I did not, I went for the no-nonsense super short cut because it was easier for swimming. (I was all about efficiency even at age six.) Then, I remember in third grade, being at Cleary Cleaners with my mom and Katie Gayman and the woman behind the counter told my mom that she had two lovely boys. I began growing my hair out that moment and had a bad, brushed out perm for school pictures the following year.
Not really. When I was 5 or 6 I wanted to cut my hair short, but the stylist didn't understand that I wanted to look cool and punk and gave me a lame bowl-ish cut. I cried and cried.
