Yes. I am a matketig executive like Amanda Woodward (Heather Locklear) in Melrose Place. I have too many people to ruin to waste time on an escalator. Ginormous or not.
always on the way down and only up on the regular ones, not super long ones like woodley. side note, i had to walk up woodley a couple weeks ago and i never felt so out of shape in my life.

I can do the shorter street ones, but not the huge ones like Woodley or Bethesda. My knees make sounds like a truck driving on a gravel road if I try.

and i'm always left of center so yes. i walk.
Most of the time. I usually walk part way on the big ones.

Its fun to go to airports in other parts of the country. People have no idea you can actually walk on escalators.

Usually, unless it's a big one. Then I take the time to read or dig through my purse for my metro card.
