No, I am from Rhode Island. We deal with winter the way you're supposed to ... walking barefoot through 2' of snow for 10 miles to school uphill, both ways
One time when I was little I strapped tennis rackets to my feet and pretended they were snow shoes....but I was indoors... and I think it was like june....

Yes I have. It's a pretty hard workout walking around in them!

I haven't and I also wasn't sure people actually do wear them, so I'd like to try.
Beth, how much snow is required for them to be useful?
No, but I want to. I think they would make me feel tall.
Kelly, I'm not sure. I've only used them a couple of times. I would guess about a foot?
Yes, in Colorado. Snowshoeing for recreation is super fun and not that hard to get used to.
Not enough snow in Pennsy to have ever needed them. Wah wah.
I just used them in Maine - such a great workout - esp if you have to break the trail.

Yes, I used them in Nevada last winter. It was super hard to break the trail. I think there were several feet of snow.
