Color is traditional in my house, so that's how it will always be for me.

i prefer white lights but i think colored lights can be done well. they are kitschy. haters.
I go for a mixture of white and colored...maybe it's because I'm half ethnic.....
i think it really depends on the tree. if its a matchy-match themed tree, then the lights need to match and white should work but color probably won't. if its a sentimental tree full of mismatched family ornaments, then i think colored works.
Either; my estate will benefit from your purchase of the bulbs.
