I keep up with the Kardashians, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Ive seen every episode of SVU, but i know LHall has too. And well, i would never say i was embarrassed to watch Glee... so i guess that leaves me with admitting im a huge fan of Gossip Girl. There isnt a Blair Waldorf take down i havent seen!

my embarassing show is the big bang theory. worse, i have a series recording set up on my dvr for that show. i can't help that i have a thing for nerds...
I love Psych! I also love SVU and I am not embarrassed by either of those. My embarrassing shows would probably be "Married to Rock" and "Football Wives". I sat on my ass a lot this weekend and watched this stuff, which is why I am getting rid of cable in a month. I can say I've never watched the TLC wedding shows or the MTV teen pregnancy shows, or anything about hoarding. But I do know that Kourtney went to anger management class to deal with her relationship with Scott so I should probably be embarrassed about that.
Intervention. It makes me so depressed, I have no idea why I watch it. Its like I have a substance abuse problem with the substance abuse problem show.
i wanted to watch "bridalplasty" last night because i love feeling superior, but i couldn't make it through the intro. they showed video of some of the procedures the brides could win. it got to liposuction and i closed my eyes and pointed the remote at the teevee and pushed buttons until the channel miraculously changed and the grossness went away.
Looks like i'm in good company. Jerseylicious, Kardarshians, and my latest addition - Sister wives. I'm so embarrased I can't allow myself to TiVo them.

Jerseylicious. I was watching it "sometimes" then last night realized I have seen every episode this season. VERY sad.

I admit I've watched a few of those horrible wedding shows on TLC. And maybe a few episodes of "I didn't know I was pregnant." What a train wreck.
Psych - though I feel better than if I watched the Mentalist.

i watch say yes to the dress (orignal, not atlanta). sometimes i pause it to make tim come and watch some bride acting super crazy.
I would say Real World Road Rules Challenge but that show is awesome so I'm not embarrassed.
I definitely watched Jilted AND Bridezillas on WE last night. I think I win this one.
