I was going to say "brisk rain," but that sounds like an air freshener scent. So, "strong enough to wash mud off." That doesn't sound at all like an air freshener at all.
penn state water pressure was the jam. if you were one of the first few people to take a shower, the water would shoot out so hard almost inflicting harm and tearing your skin off, while pushing you up against the shower wall. good times.
