I am currently obsessed with Ashley's mom's mint brownies. I had one last night and it was delicious! But the brownies Dan made with peanut butter M&Ms were really good too. I'd say that mint and peanut butter swirl brownies are my favorite. Next I have to figure out how to get Andrew to make his mom's famous mint brownies for me. Yum. And, yep, I am definitely brownie crazy right now.

Also, I think the recent cupcake fad is bullshit and I don't understand why there aren't a bunch of brownie shops instead. If I had the entrepreneu-however-the-fuck-you-spell-that-ship I'd start one. If someone here is more business savy than me, please take that idea.
i am a brownie snob. if it's cakey, i'll throw it in your face. brownies need to be dense and i like them with a lil something extra in them. NO not that, i meant chocolate chunks.
