I'm with all y'all. I can much more easily imagine a life without booze than a life without cheese. And no, I can't narrow it down either. Personal favorites are muenster, ultra sharp white and yellow cheddar, provolone, brie, some mild blues, manchego, asiago, a good lacy swiss, pecorino, and naturally, the Undisputed King of Cheeses [(c)Mario Batali], Parmigiano Reggiano.
On most sandwiches, provolone. On pizza, mozzarella. On burger, sharp cheddar. On nachos, jack. On a cracker, havarti dill. I really really love cheese.
wow, this is the most challenging QOTD to date. It is almost impossible to pick, but I am going with goat. It's so versatile! crumble on hot pasta, instant sauce! put it on pizza, salads, crackers or in a sandwich! man, now i am hungry.

I guess it can really only harm you if you have a weakened immune system.

I love cheese. I'm with K8, I probably can't choose just one. I like: super sharp cheddar, gorgonzola and feta.

I'm with Leslie abd K8. Cheese is amazing. At this moment, my favorites are gruyere and (grilled) haloumi.
My favorite cheese is the kind going into my mouth!
There is a goat cheese at Whole Foods that has a green coating, so yummy!
