I saw Titanic in the theater twice. I know, something I should be proud of, right? Well, I bawled like a baby. I do believe I was hyperventilating and the navy blue shirt I was wearing literally had a tear stained ring around it by the end of the movie. I can't believe I just admitted that...
Yes, I'm a complete nerd, but I shed a couple of tears at the end of Return of the King, when Aragorn says to the Hobbits, "My friends...you bow to no one." Always get a lil misty at that part.
The absolute, hands down, most epic movie cry ever, though, was Schindler's List. Nothing...NOTHING tops that one. Didn't see that one in the theatre though, so maybe it doesn't count.
I got a little choked up during Precious on Sunday, but no big tears. I did, however, ball during Big Fish. And got a little teary during Nacho Libre (this is not a joke) when the orphans donned their luchador masks.
I concur with any father-son moment and bawled at Big Fish, Field of Dreams, Kramer vs. Kramer, etc. I watched Taking Chance on HBO the other night and bawled. I always cry at the end of Its a Wonderful Life too. VH1's Behind the Music usually makes me cry too. Man, reading back I am just a big slobbering baby!
Other epic crying moments: Any time I watch Beaches. I don't even need to watch the whole movie - just the last 15 minutes, when they're at the beach and Barbara Hershey's daughter says they have the same hands. Another crazy moment was when Trisha and I went to the Final Four in Worcester with her dad and he had to go out so we rented My Girl on pay per view. I don't think I have cried that much ever. Thomas Jay can't see without his glasses!
Les, Beaches freshman year in our room.... bawled!
The Notebook was probably the last movie theater flick that made me cry like a babe. I usually go see dumb romcoms in the theater or vince vaughn movies.

and there were two parts that made me bawl like that.
1. monique's dialogue about why she let her boyfriend abuse precious.
and
2. when i saw mariah carey and noticed she had a mustache. TRAGIC.

i normally keep it locked up, but 10 things i hate about you really got the flood gates going.
Crying at a Fredder department store when I saw Goose die in Top Gun in one of their TV displays sometime in early grade school.
Lost my shit watching Land Before Time in kindergarten.
Forrest Gump in the graveyard, my brother made fun of me.
never
Milk. I knew how the story ends, but was still so sad.
my most epic public cry was 'dead man walking.' i could cry just thinking about it. really it was just the beginning of an existential crisis...

I can't remember the last time, but I cried during "Armageddon." Then I left the the theater and I was like, why the hell did I cry during that movie?
The last 10 minutes of Field of Dreams:
"Hey dad, wanna have a catch?"
Oh man...
Dude, I totally second John W's.
