I like Erin, scotch and cigs all the way. That and driving down Hollywood Blvd to find me a male companion who gets into auto-asphyxia in the bedroom. Am I right ladies? Oh, and a bubble bath.
I know this is weird, but I find that if I youtube the phrase "Rube Goldberg" and watch some of the videos, that actually de-stresses me a great deal. Here's one of my favorites; a Honda commercial, presumably for European or Canadian run (because I've never seen an Accord that looked like that)

That, or Jameson and P-Funk (both the band(s) and the cig) seem to do the trick too.
Can I just say "Hell, MF, Yeah!" to the Rube Goldberg comment... I love the video on the top floor of the Hirshorn that is one long continuous pyromaniacal Rube Goldberg set up. Watching that is always relaxing!
Red wine, Baked Lays, and Dove caramel-filled Promises. Of course then I start to stress about weight gain, so it's really just for the most dire of situations when nothing else will work.

I'm big on music, the happier and dancier the better. I'll also pop in some comedy.
The two are nicely married in this Colbert clip.

I find I have the urge to clean during serious discussions/arguments. Otherwise though, Food Network, or scotch and cigarettes will destress me.
A whole pint of Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia in the summer.
Chai in the winter. Mmmmm.

Yelling. Bitching and moaning and complaining. And then going to sleep for hours and hours.

I'll keep this PG rated. Booze, running or games.
