I initially brush with cold then finish brushing in the shower so I rinse with warm. At night, I always brush with cold. I agree - it makes the mint taste better.
Interesting: I discussed this with a group on Saturday night and I was the only cold water brusher.

cold! warm water would be...um, gross.
Cold...always cold.
i don't know anyone who does it with warm.
I harshly judge warm-water brushing.
Definitely cold. I feel it makes the mint toothpaste mintier.

the thought of using warm water is grossing me out. ick.
i'm low-maintenance - as long as it's not brown, whatever comes out of the faucet first
