I love this question! I don't even have to think about the answer--Janet Jackson, Rhythm Nation 1814. It was a cassette and I wore it out in in 6 months.
The Violent Femmes Greatest Hits. I got the CD as a birthday gift from Caron Davis sophomore year in high school and had to buy it again senior year.
I also wore out an odd version of The Chipmunks singing this creepy toothbrush song in seventh grade but I didn't buy it again. (But only because I copied it from a girl at Camp Huckins and couldn't find it again.)
Milli Vanilli, Girl You Know Its True...I freaking loved that tape and may have done a dance to "Blame It on the Rain" in an elementary school talent show :)

No, not that I remember...I quickly switched over to CDs though...I do remember owning Like a Virgin on a record though.

I annihilated my Aerosmith Get a Grip CD. Also, I played my End of the Road single so much B2M sounded satanic toward the end.
Bon Jovi's Slippery When Wet. I think I justed outed myself as an old man.
Radiohead, The Bends. got played to death, borrowed, scratched, spilled beer on in college.
I also wore out some really AMAZING mix tapes I made by recording songs off the radio in 6th grade.
