Since I'm an overachiever, my top 5 are: Heartbeats, The Knife Fake Palindromes, Andrew Bird The Moneymaker, Rilo Kiley 7/4 Shoreline, Broken Social Scene Dinner Lady Arms, The Darkness
I really thought T.I. would make it to the top 10.
I thought for sure P!nk would make her way to number one (or something from the Twilight soundtrack) but P!nk isn't even in the top 10 (and I have only played the Twilight soundtrack around 68 times.)
And to answer John's question, I synced my iPhone and iPod and it looks like all of the data transferred. (I sorted by most recent played in iTunes and songs I had played that day on my iPod and iPhone appeared in the list.) I am such a nerd. The End.
Now this presents a dilemma. I haven't listened to my iTunes in a very long time...it's always from the iPod, which was stolen on Tuesday. So now I'm on my old iPod, which was missing about 700 songs that were on the stolen iPod. I checked the most played on the old one, and most of the top 25 are from a couple of DJ mix CDs (Cut Chemist, DJ Nu Mark)...but there's a bunch of songs from Radiohead's last album mixed in (All I Need, Weird Fishes/Arpeggi). If I had to guess, on the stolen iPod, the most played were probably Radiohead songs too, with Zeppelin, Floyd and Metallica mixed in.
Alright, I'm late to the game, which may be best because my #1 song is Bootylicious by Destiny's Child. In my defense, it's the song I listen to most at the gym. At least 50% of the count probably comes from there.
1. Danity Kane - Damaged 2. Fall Out Boy - I'm Like a Lawyer With the Way I'm Always Trying To Get You Off 3. Peter Cetera - Glory of Love 4. Genesis - Invisible Touch 5. Wu Tang Clan - Protect Ya Neck

Leona Lewis - Bleeding in Love(Moto Blanco Remix)
Yes, A LOT of the songs on my iPod and iTunes are remixes. They're so great tempo'ed and, well, gay.
Bought Your Ghost - The Bigger Lovers
Use Somebody - Kings of Leon.
Swimmers by Broken Social Scene

Apparently the most played feature doesn't exist on an iPhone...
I feel like I listen to these songs most tho...
I Want You - Kings of Leon
Teeth in the Grass - Iron & Wine
Star Quality - Brother Ali
39 Theives - Aesop Rock
Clean Living - RJD2
At least they are some of my recent favorites.
