I am the classic American. I have been out of the country twice, once to the Bahamas etc. and once to Turkey, oddly enough. I'd have to go with the classic trifecta of England, France and Italy.
I'd probably have to say Ireland because I've never been, and I hear they're the greatest people in the world (translation: I love whiskey); Italy because I've only been to Rome, and I want to see the rest of the country (translation: I love wine); and France, to get to know my froggie roots (translation: I really love wine).
I could float around on a tire in the Meditteranean and be happy. With all expenses paid, I'd go to Italy, Greece and Cyprus. Booze, cheese and boats and I'm happy.
England - to see Josh and Evan and say hi to the Queen Greece - to eat the food and see if the water is really as blue as the pictures I think I'd save the last one as a last minute thing because I want to go to France, Spain, Ireland and Italy. I'd have to see where the trip took me.
i also want to see england and ireland, but i'm going in less than two weeks (yay!), so i'd use the all expenses paid vacay for places with mediterranean beaches.
Switzerland, a second stop in Switzerland and maybe topping it off with some more time in Switzerland.
F**k Sweden and those who think that Sweden is the same country as Switzerland or that mistake Swedes for the Swiss. I hate Sweden.
PS: Central European snobs like myself are horrified that countries like Russia, Turkey and Georgia are considered European. If you don't wear leiderhosen and Birkenstocks or enjoy the taste of Ricola you can't call yourself a good European.

Spain, Greece and Czech Republic. I want to go to prague. I want to go anywhere but this office right now.

Oooh, count me in for Italy-Switzerland-Turkey. According to the Facebook quiz I am supposed to live in Italy. Leaving now...
Scotland, I got to return there and I couldn't give a stronger recommendation for the Isle of Skye. If anyone goes...PLEASE go there.
Love the food too much in Italy, so need that too. I'll suggest Cinque Terra as well.
For that last country...hmmm, maybe Germany? I dunno, damn it I love those other two so much I might do a week and change in each.

Ireland, Spain, and Greece.
I've never been to Ireland or Greece and I would love to revisit Pamplona, San Sebastian and Barcelona.
Then I'd go to London for another week and pay for it myself.

three weeks is a long time for me... so i would go to 6 countries. ireland, netherlands, belgium, switzerland, italy and greece.

Portugal, Italy and Spain!
I'd try to diversify my trips: Iceland, Turkey, and Russia (I know the last two aren't 100% in Europe, but I'm counting them anyway.
I nearly forgot.
Martin, why do you hate Europe?
Hahaha! I totally forgot about Martin hating Europe. The true irony! I guess that is what happens when you're Swedish.
P.S. Beenu is totes not a rule follower. Even in hypothetical situations. :)

MUST give a shout-out to Prague and Krakow, Poland. Went last summer and both are amazing.
