I won't even play the hypothetical here -- when I was arrested and thrown in jail in college, my first and only call was to my ex-girlfriend. Why? Because my roommates were poor and amused of my imprisonment, and I was on good enough terms with her to put in the shameful collect call ("This is a collect call from the Centre County prison; do you accept the charges?") early in the morning.
She even came to pick me up when I got bailed out. Thanks Emily!
My parents always told me that they wouldn't bail me out if I got arrested, but I'm pretty positive that was just a scare tactic. So I'd risk it and call my mom.
I don't think I have any phone numbers memorized, which means I think I would be screwed. Also, if you call me I would be more than happy to help just be sure to leave a message 'cause I'm a screener.
The only numbers I have memorized are my friends parents' numbers. Or at least the ones I still stay in touch with from high school. Those numbers are permanently etched in my memory from the days before cell phones and pre-programed numbers.
Having said that, I'd probably call Mrs. Wickersham. She'd be very disappointed in me.

Why, Leslie Hall of course. Duh! Beenu wouldn't answer the phone because I'd probably wind up calling during the "Golden Girls" on Lifetime.
My mom. It's the only number I know by heart. I'm guessing we aren't allowed to check our mobile phones for numbers.
it's true. i'm watching golden girls right now.
i would call leslie for sure b/c i know she would answer and she'd get a kick out of it.
I'm with Erin - I'd probably call my folks so they could begin a massive "get our girl out of jail" campaign.
Dad. For Sure.
Pretty sure I would have to call a temp agency as I would for sure get fired from my job!

ashley because she already did that for one of our friends so she has experience with these things.
My mom, unless the charge involves moral turpitude. In that case, my brother.
800-588-2300 Empiiirree....
That's the only phone number I know that's local and is sure to have a car.
Hope I don't go to jail.
