Kennedy's definitely the hottest (I mean, besides Adam Curry and his fascinating feathered coif, natch), but I'd have to go with Mark Goodman. Best. Jewfro. Ever.
Ummmm, Ricki Rachman of course! Not only did he host the best show on MTV -- Headbangers Ball -- he was the biggest trend whore on that channel. When 80s hair metal was big, he had huge hair and tight pants. When grunge got huge, he suddenly started sporting flannel shirts and ripped up jeans. When Limp Bizkit got attention, he would wear sideways baseball hats and huge baggy pants. Not a creative bone in that man's body, but he still ruled.
Does anyone remember Jesse Camp, the guy who won the first "Wanna be a Veejay?" contest? Now that was a quick 15 minutes of fame.

Um...Kennedy? Martha Quinn? Who Veejays for that channel anyway??
This is the most obvious QOTD answer for me...I don't even need to type it, I'll let Beenu answer.
Hmm. Pauly Shore
I was a big fan of:
Downtown Julie Brown
Mark Goodman
Martha Quinn

Dave Holmes. He was smart.
Is it common knowledge that Simon Rex was dodgy?

cate: yes! but simon rex redeemed himself in scary movie 3.
By the time I had access to MTV that whole "music" nonsense was in the phase out stage so, I really have no idea.
My first QOTD!

Beenu is dead to me. Dead.

He also hosted MTV's Most Wanted, but I don't really know why I'm responding to the comments of a dead person.
Fab 5 Freddie
Gideon Yago is dreamy. Were he female he so would've speeded up my coming out.
Yes! I remember Jesse Camp! He was ridiculous and had hair bigger than his waistline. How often does that happen?
