I used to love being in the car with my mom back in the day and hearing "The 12 Pains of Christmas" come on whatever local NH or Boston radio station it always played on. I guess I was a cynic early on...
I love O, Holy Night, The Christmas Song (aka, the one with the chestnuts), White Christmas, and All I Want for Christmas is You.
I hate all holiday songs written since like 1960 except for the aforementioned Mariah Carey hit. I'm talking bull shit like Our Love is Like a Holiday and all that modern crap on the Now That's What I Call Christmas albums. If it ain't classic (or Mariah Carey, apparently), it ain't Christmas.
Most Favoritest: All I Want for Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) by Darlene Love The Christmas Song by the Chipmunks We Three Kings
Worst: We Wish You a Merry Christmas Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer
I'm with Tamika on this one. Love love love MC's All I Want for Christmas. And even though it's Bowie, I really dislike the Little Drummer Boy. Snooze.
Faves (a strange mix): Linus and Lucy - Vince Guaraldi Trio; Mr Hanky the xmas poo and Merry F***ing Xmas - from Mr. Hankey's Xmas; Christmas Time in the USA - SNL; Rudolph - The Temptations or Willie Nelson version; and Let It Snow - Dean Martin
OMG, how could i forget the SNL Christmas song?! For anyone who doesn't know what that is: http://video.aol.com/video-detail/snl-christmas-song/1775918593
You're all insane. Bing and Bowie's version of Little Drummer Boy is amazing. Other favorites: Silent Night by Bad Religion Five Pound Box of Money by Pearl Bailey Christmas in Hollis by Run DMC O Holy Night (my absolute favorite classic Christmas tune) The Christmas Song from SNL (hysterical) Twelve Days of Christmas by both Bob and Doug MacKenzie (SCTV) and Cheech and Chong
My least favorite's gotta be Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer...or the original Twelve Days of Christmas...Eddie was right, no one knows anything above FIVE GOLDEN RINGS. It's infuriatingly annoying.

I despise santa baby
Least Favorite: Whichever song Cate is belting out at the top of her lungs on the way from/to church
Most Favorites: The song they sing on Dave Letterman every year.
The Holly and the Ivy
Most: "All I want for Christmas is You"
Least: "Baby it's cold outside" could be cute, except for all the date rapeyness

I admit it's annoying but some people do know the stuff above the rings:
6 geese a-laying
7 swans a-swimming
8 maids a-milking
9 ladies dancing
10 lords a-leaping
11 pipers piping
12 drummers drumming
i may be a nerd, but i know my christmas carols.
Oooh oohh. Late edition to the favs column: Broooooce Springsteen's "Merry Christmas, Baby!" I lived in Jerz for a while, so sue me.
