And yes, while it seems like we tip people for doing their job...and the same time employees aren't really paying that much to these people doing their job.
i don't tip for pickup... i do throw an extra buck in the tip jar at my corner ice cream joint bec i worked at one all through hs and college and feel their pain.
no, i don't tip on pick up...but i do feel a little guilty when they give you a slip to sign and there is still the space for a tip...i feel awkward drawing a line through it, or writing $0, right in front of the person giving me the food...
