advil and coke. ideally i can take a couple advil when i inevitably wakeup at 5am to pee. if it's a particularly acute situation, the coke is sipped through the day, until i can get something greasy to eat-grilled cheese, cheeseburger, etc.
I'm with Sarah, advil and water at 5am when I wake up to pee and then when i get up for real it depends on the level of hangoverness.... - burrito from Boco Grande - chicken Ramen noodles - fountain Coke (not diet but real) - cheetos - egg mcmuffin
3 advil BEFORE bed and a huge glass of water. then 3 more advil the first time you wake up in the morning even if you're not getting out of bed yet. and then for extra - i've had much success with a good drunken 3 miles on the treadmill before work.
In high school it was a sausage, egg, and cheese from McDonalds. In college it was a supercheese from the Bagelry, and now its a bagel with ungodly amounts of cream cheese and a big glass of milk.
Three advil before bed with a big gulp of water, three more during the 5am pee wake, another big gulp of water, then when I wake up fully, it's usually a cheeseburger or lots of eggs, then watching hours of Adult Swim on demand...especially the Venture Brothers.
i would like to add that reading this whole thread has somehow made me feel like i have a bit of a hangover...though i was not drunk last night...i am now drinking fountain coke

Sleeping til it doesn't hurt. If that's not an option I settle for extra long recess at school.
Water and advil before bed, but then a bacon, egg and bagel sandwich in the morning from a greasy breakfast place. Always helps!

Big glass of water before bed. Greasy Egg, Cheese, Bacon/Sausage sandwich and coffee in the morning.
Liposuction and plastic surgery. And if that doesn't work, some wannabe male model deep inside of me.

whining and talking about how bad my head hurts, drinking water, then having another beer.
2 excedrin--before bed and when I wake up--something greasy, and a big fountain soda. The "fountain" part is key, don't ask me why.
